Once you're on board with our fixed fee, we'll craft an initial Priced Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for your property. This invaluable resource comes at no cost to you, unless the order is canceled, in which case a minimal charge of 2,000 EGP will apply

With the basic price set and the BoQ in hand, it's time to dive into the exciting phase of design and value management. Collaborate with us through various channels – from calls and Unit WhatsApp Groups to Zoom meetings and on-site consultations. Together, we'll fine-tune the BoQ to meet your vision and expectations. This stage can be based on outsourced designs or your personal selections, enriched with the insights of our skilled Site Architects.

Once you're satisfied with the final design, it's time to proceed with the contract. Our contract is straightforward and encompasses the Agreed Fixed Fees. Payment can be conveniently made online or offline, using methods such as Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, and Vodafone Cash. Upon receiving the first payment, we'll swiftly prepare a detailed time schedule and initiate the work without delay.

As a valued client, you'll be part of our exclusive WhatsApp Group, granting you direct access to a 100% transparent LIVE COST AND PROGRESS REPORT. Witness the progress through photos and stay informed about on-site meetings at any time.

Payments will be expertly managed, reflecting the actual progress. The unit's WhatsApp Group will host a live open book platform, showcasing the ongoing costs for materials, labor, and more.

Our professional fixed fee payments will be calculated based on the percentage of completion, following the agreed-priced BoQ.

It's time for the grand reveal! Accompany us on a site visit to inspect the completed unit. If any touch-ups are needed, we'll create a snagging list to ensure perfection. Once everything meets your approval, it's time to take possession of your transformed space.
